Up for sale is a classic Postwar O-gauge Lionel 2343 Santa Fe F3 Diesel Locomotive Set in the iconic Warbonnet livery. While often found as an AA configuration, this specific lot features an AB pair consisting of one Powered A-unit and one Dummy B-unit, as shown in the photographs. This set features the mid-1950s molded plastic roof vents and clear plastic window inserts.

Condition & Operational Notes

• Operation: Bench-tested and Runs Great! The powered A-unit's dual vertical motors are strong, and the mechanical e-unit cycles properly through forward, neutral, and reverse.

• Cosmetics: The bodies show normal, honest play wear from years of layout use. There are minor paint scuffs, scratches, and slight wear along the silver and red paint lines. The yellow nose decal on the A-unit shows typical age-cracking but remains completely intact.

• Chassis & Trucks: This set features a black-painted truck and fuel tank chassis configuration. The battery compartment on the powered unit is easily accessible via the screw-on plate, with a clean instruction stamping.

• Couplers: Equipped with operating couplers and sturdy die-cast frames. The silver front apron on the A-unit shows very light wear and presents excellently.
