Am I able to order online, and then pick up my products in the store?
Yes! You can place orders for products online, and then we will set them aside for you to pick up within 3 business days.
Are all of Roundhouse's available products posted to the online store?
No, we are receiving additional new/used stock every day in our store. At this time due to the limit of our resources, we strive to place some of the more desirable sets and collections online for your convenience.
Will Roundhouse buy my used collection?
Yes! If you are looking to sell a train collection or change from one scale to another, Roundhouse is here to help. We have an excellent reputation for paying fair prices for quality goods and making generous trades for store credit to persons wanting to change scale size. If you have a collection you’d like us to take a look at, please fill out our form here, and someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours (72 hours during the peak holiday season).
What if the items I ordered are damaged?
All items ship USPS and insured to their retail value. If an item is received with notable damage, please refuse the shipment. If an item is received with a defect, please contact Roundhouse immediately so that we can arrange one of the following:
#1 Repairs by Roundhouse: please note that we are an authorized Lionel repair station as well as an MTH repair station.
#2 Replace the item from ours or one of our wholesalers' inventory.
#3 Refund of the purchase amount upon receipt of the item if Roundhouse determines inability to repair or replace in a timely manner.
All returns must be accompanied with the dated store purchase receipt, and must be in as good a condition as when the same departed Roundhouse (unless insured damage has occured)
