Vintage HO Scale BART 3-Unit Rapid Transit Train Set (A-B-A Configuration)
Up for auction/sale is a vintage HO Scale Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) 3-Unit Train Set, featuring two slanted-nose 'A' cab cars (Car #110 and Car #112) and one center 'B' passenger car. Built around an Athearn diecast metal chassis and rubber-band drive mechanism, this set was issued in the early 1970s to commemorate the opening of the BART system.
