Finished in smooth black tinplate with brass top handrails, a rear metal ladder, a brass top hatch/fill cap, and round "Circle L" Lionel medallion logos on both sides, this Vanderbilt-style oil tender features 6-wheel diecast trucks, metal wheelsets, and a classic rear latch coupler.
