Product Description

Experience the power of Prewar Lionel with this 763E Semi-Scale Hudson. While it shows the honest wear of a vintage piece, it remains mechanically sound and features the classic die-cast "heft" that Lionel enthusiasts prize.

Technical & Cosmetic Details:

• Locomotive (763E): This engine has been recently serviced and runs well. The drive train is responsive and cycles as intended.

• Cab Condition: There is a chip out of the rear corner of the cab roof. The broken piece is included, allowing for a clean repair.

• Frame Note: There is slight frame warpage (common for zinc-alloy castings of this era). Because of this, the pilot may rub against the center rail when navigating uneven track.

• Tender (700T): This is a more modern LTI-era 700T tender (no whistle). It has been modified with a custom-made drawbar and a knuckle coupler for layout operation.

• Missing Hardware: The screws required to fasten the tender body to the frame are missing.
