Description:
Up for sale is a rare, vintage 1970s Bachmann N Scale United Aircraft (UA) Turbo-Train Passenger Set in the iconic Penn Central blue, white, and red stripe livery (Model #4340:2995). This unique articulated aerodynamic train is a classic slice of American railroading history.

Set & Condition Details:

Consist: Includes two (2) powered/dummy dome-style end power cars and three (3) intermediate passenger coaches (5 total train segments).
Damage Note: One of the articulated wheelset/coupler truck assemblies under a mid-car coach has broken off (see detailed close-up photos). The broken parts or a donor truck will be required to re-link that specific car into the snake sequence.
Power/Testing: The metal drive wheels and chassis pick-ups are clean, and the motor runs great
Missing Elements: This is the rolling stock set only. It does not include the original curved track sections or the power transformer pack (the bottom insert compartments are empty as shown).
Packaging: Comes housed in its original green plastic Bachmann "Turbo-Train" display insert tray and clear plastic storage cover sleeve. The case shows minor typical scuffs and storage aging but remains completely intact.
